Does online hypnosis work?
Yes. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person hypnosis. You get the same personalized approach from the comfort of your own space, which many clients find even more relaxing and convenient.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients notice meaningful shifts within 1–3 sessions. For deeper patterns or long-standing habits, 3–6 sessions provide the reinforcement and support that makes lasting change easier. Is hypnosis safe?
Absolutely. You remain fully aware and in control throughout every session. Hypnosis is simply a deeply relaxed state where your mind is more open to positive suggestions. You can pause or end the session at any time.
Can everyone be hypnotized?
